X-RAY TELEVISION SYSTEMS FILIN BASED ON X-RAY SEMI-CONDUCTOR FLAT PANEL DETECTOR

category: materials

These X-ray television systems are based on semi-conductor flat panel detector on amorphous silicon matrix. The wide choose of the inlet screen sizes, high resolution within the whole frame area make this system ideal even for the most critical applications. 14-bit dynamic range allows obtaining the image with quality close to the images on X-ray film.

Absolute absence of geometrical distortions gives the possibility to use this system for applications where the accurate measurements of linear dimensions and distances are necessary. Practically complete absence of the noises and low sensitivity to electromagnetic fields make this system suitable for practically any plant. The better photographic latitude in comparison with REOP makes the semi-conductor detectors suitable for the examination of the irregular shape objects with big differences in the thicknesses. These detectors are not so speed and they are less suitable for the inspection of objects in movement than REOPs.

It is possible to produce flat panel detectors of arbitrary size upon the agreement with the client.

All the systems are designed for the operation at the X-ray tube voltage of up to 225/450 kV and minimization of direct high-energy unshielded radiation. The temperature range of operation makes up from -10ºС to +45ºС.

We could produce for you the X-ray television system with necessary parameters: tube voltage up to 450kV; resolution of the system itself of up to  7.5 lp/mm; geometrical zoom of up to 200 times with application of micro-focus X-ray source; speed of up to 12m/min; complete memorization of the object under examination; automated scanning and many others. To get acquainted with our equipment and to see the inspection of your details on the demonstration stand you can by visiting our office in Saint Petersburg. Our specialists would help you in selection and completion of X-ray television systems of any complexity, from simple 6-inch to the most sophisticated automatic complexes.
