Technology “FOSFOMATIC”
new standard of modern radiography

The technology of digital radiography, based on phosphoric storage plates, completely substitutes X-ray films.

- This technology corresponds to the 1st class of sensitivity as per table 6 of GOST (State Standard) 7512-82 and to the 1st category as per table 13 of PNAEG -7-010-89.
- The standard is certified on the compliance with highest classes of sensitivity according to EN 14784-1 and ASTM E 2446.
- Values of control sensitivity correspond to radiographic films D4, D5, D7.
- The exposure to radiation is up to 8-10 times less than that of radiographic film D7
- During the radiographic examination of welded connections with variable cross-section it allows the control of objects having the thickness difference of up to three layers with half-attenuation of radiation per one exposure; which corresponds to 2-3 exposures of the film
- Straight passage of the plate without longitudinal bending
- Possibility to operate under low temperatures
- Full-fledged support of roll plates
- The development process is not necessary

The set of digital radiography “FOSFOMATIC” is allowed for the application at the radiographic examination of:
power plant industry products, equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants;
steel castings for nuclear power plants, boiler inspection objects, gas supply systems, lifting devices;
equipment for oil and gas industry, equipment for metallurgical industry;
equipment for ship building industry when using the exposure to X-ray radiation from the source Ir-192, source Co-60 and the exposure to deceleration radiation of linear accelerator.

It is installed at the corner of the stationary or mobile laboratory. It s used for the quick simultaneous erasure of the plates throughout of their lengths. It is also used for the storage of the plates at the intervals between exposures. It could be used for the erasure or storage of the plates up to 35cm wide of any length.
