CA 30 – Activated carbon for water treatment

Activated carbon for water treatment.

ACTIVATED CARBON in grains, prepared from coal, peat etc and activated with steam under high temperatures.
The use of this type of carbon is especially recommended at all liquid phases of treatment and de-coloration of effluents, resulted from the liquid penetrant inspection.

CA 270 - Activated carbon for water treatment

Activated carbon for water treatment.

ACTIVATED CARBON in grains, prepared from pine wood by chemical activation.
The use of this type of carbon is especially recommended for the treatment of waters, released by penetrants, being emulsified before the coating.

- Barrels by 14,5 kg

CFF-2000

Fluorescent product, purposed for the detection of cracks on porous surfaces, for example, on sanitary equipment not covered with enamel, on electric insulators, sintered metals, porcelain goods. CFF-2000 could be used for the inspection of ceramic goods. The product is subjected to the complete pyrolysis in furnaces.

FSP 3 – coagulating agent for the separation of penetrant

Coagulating agent for waters, polluted with organic matters, in particular, with products of liquid penetrant inspection. Allows the significant reduction of activated carbon consumption. This product allows the stabilization of pollutants and their release in form of waste of 1st class (garbage waste).
The decrease of solubility resulted from the leaching doesn't take place.

Bactericide FOR 78

Bactericide FOR 78 is designed for the prevention of anaerobic bacteria development, in particular, at the installations, treating waters being released by penetrants during the liquid penetrant inspection.
Anaerobic bacteria are the source of unpleasant odors.
Due to its residual effect FOR 78 is used both for preventive purposes and directly for the elimination of bacteria.

Additive for the treatment of effluents EM 3

It is used in ultra-sonic reservoir for the treatment at high temperatures.
Additive, used at the treatment of effluents and contributing to the absorption of impregnations emulsifiable after the coating with activated carbon.

Bactericide B50

Potent biocide, used in the installations for the treatment of effluents during the liquid penetrant inspection, in vessels with emulsifier and also for other purposes.

Alkaline de-oiling agent LA-1

Features:
Compatible with any metals
Low foaming. Doesn't leave any white traces.
Could be used at low temperatures. Not inflammable.
Could be used instead of de-oiling agent, applicable at the steam phase.

Inhibitor of corrosion T50

Inhibitor of corrosion T50 - additive introduced by dosing pump into the equipment tending to the corrosion that has contact with running water, for example, when rinsing the objects during the liquid penetrant inspection.
