TECHNOLOGY FOSFOMATIC

Reusable X-ray film – is real saving during the radiographic inspection.

Radiographic inspection of welds and castings is the main method of quality and reliability control. This relates, first of all, to that the method doesn’t require any sample preparation, and the information about dimensions and spatial position of the flaws , when using up-to-date methods of digital radiography, could be received practically in real time mode.  However, this type of control is one of the most expensive. The main components of cost price (up to 90%) are consumables – X-ray film, chemical reagents for its development and working time of the staff. To develop films the darkroom is required. There is also the problem of waste utilization that is generated during the development.

FOSFOMATIC SYSTEM

Difference of FOSFOMATIC from original КОДАК ACR2000 phosphorous plate scanner.

Models FOSFOMATIC-35 and FOSFOMATIC-40 – are completely different instruments, notable for better quality of the image, 5 times higher dose sensitivity and software, tailored for Russian industrial applications and for GOST 512-82. Model of initial level FOSFOMATIC-21 uses the original scanner KODAK and differs only by software.

First system FOSFOMATIC-21 was created in 2004 on the base of scanning unit KODAK ACR-2000.
During the pilot operation some disadvantages were detected. The system was not enough sensitive to the Roentgen which impeded the use of FOSFOMATIC with X-ray pulsed units “Arina” widely spread in Russia.

X-RAY TELEVISION SYSTEMS – FILIN (REOP)

Based on the X-ray optics converter (REOP)
X-ray television systems convert X-rays into the visible image. The image is formed at the outlet window of X-ray optics converter. The optic system with high-resolution CCD-camera, installed beyond the outlet window forms the analogue or digital video signal that comes to the black-and-white monitor of high contrast, then to the computer system of X-ray images archiving and improvement “SOVA+”.

X-RAY TELEVISION SYSTEMS FILIN BASED ON X-RAY SEMI-CONDUCTOR FLAT PANEL DETECTOR

These X-ray television systems are based on semi-conductor flat panel detector on amorphous silicon matrix. The wide choose of the inlet screen sizes, high resolution within the whole frame area make this system ideal even for the most critical applications. 14-bit dynamic range allows obtaining the image with quality close to the images on X-ray film.

INTROVOLT

INTROVOLT – this is a series of cheap continuous X-ray tube sets with water cooling for the industrial radiography, based on the glass X-ray tubes “Svetlana – Roentgen” .The voltage converter operates at high frequency of 40 kHz, which provides the bigger depth of radiographic inspection. The high stability, low noise, possibility to select and easy substitute the cermet X-ray tube of necessary loading value and focal spot sizes make these units completely universal for the application both in the radiography and in the radioscopy.

Portable X-ray units of series MCT

Portable X-ray units of series MCT based on high-reliable cermet tubes are developed to provide the reliability in operation at heaviest duty conditions.  The unit MTC makes r the X-ray examination in field conditions easier in the proper sense of the word.

The series consists of following commercial X-ray units:

MCT -160 (voltage 160kV power 640W focus 0.5mm for radioscopy)
MCT -200 (voltage 200kV power 900 W focus 1.5mm for radiography)
MCT -225 (voltage 225kV power 900 W focus 1.5mm for radiography)
